Why is my PDF not processing?▼
Try refreshing the page and uploading again. Ensure you are using a modern browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge). Very old browsers may not support all features.
Can I merge password-protected PDFs?▼
PDFs with owner restrictions can be merged. PDFs requiring a password to open must first be unlocked using our Unlock PDF tool.
Why is the compression percentage low?▼
Already-optimised PDFs have less room for compression. Try using Split PDF to remove unnecessary pages before compressing.
My PDF to JPG conversion is slow▼
Large PDFs with many pages take longer to render. For best speed, split the PDF first and convert only the pages you need.
