Our Commitment to Accuracy
Every piece of content published on PDFFlow is written by team members with direct technical knowledge of PDF processing, browser-based document tools, and the specific workflows our guides cover. We do not publish content based on secondhand information or generate content without human expert review.
Before any guide or article is published, a second team member performs a technical accuracy review — verifying that every step described produces the stated result on the current version of PDFFlow, and that any comparisons with other tools reflect current product behavior.

Our Content Standards
Neutrality in Comparisons
When we compare PDFFlow with other tools such as ILovePDF, Smallpdf, or Adobe Acrobat, we present factual differences based on current product capabilities. We note genuine advantages of competing products where they exist — for example, PDF24's OCR capability or Adobe Acrobat's certified digital signatures — and we do not misrepresent competitor features.
No Undisclosed Affiliate Relationships
PDFFlow does not have affiliate relationships with other software products. We do not receive payment for recommending or linking to third-party tools. All product mentions reflect genuine assessment of tool capabilities.
Advertising Disclosure
PDFFlow is supported by Google AdSense advertising. Advertisements are clearly distinguishable from editorial content. No advertiser influences our editorial content or recommendations in any way.
Currency of Information
Software products change. Instructions that were accurate six months ago may no longer match current interfaces. We commit to reviewing and updating our tool-specific guides whenever PDFFlow's interface changes materially, and reviewing comparison content whenever a competitor makes significant product changes.
Technical Verification
Every step-by-step guide is tested on multiple browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge) and device types (desktop, tablet, mobile) before publication. We do not publish instructions that we have not personally verified produce the described result.
Corrections Policy
If we publish inaccurate information, we correct it promptly and note the correction with the date of the change. If you identify an inaccuracy in any of our guides, please contact support@pdfflow.live. We review and address all factual corrections within 48 hours.
AI Content Policy
PDFFlow may use AI assistance as a drafting tool for some content. All AI-assisted content is reviewed, edited, and verified by a human team member with relevant technical expertise before publication. No AI-generated content is published without substantial human review and editing. Technical accuracy is always verified by a human against actual tool behavior.
